Child Safety Standards

JustSwap has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Here is what we prohibit, how to report it, and what we do when it is reported.

Zero tolerance

JustSwap does not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, anywhere on the platform. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is absolutely prohibited — there is no context, no wording, and no excuse that makes it acceptable here.

This standard applies to everything a user can create or send: listings, photos, profile details, usernames, messages, and conversations. It applies to every user, in every country where we operate.

What is prohibited

The following are banned outright and lead to immediate, permanent removal from JustSwap:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any image, video, or file that sexually depicts a minor, including drawn, edited, or AI-generated material.
Sexualising a minor in any way, including in text, listing titles and descriptions, usernames, or messages.
Grooming, or any attempt to contact, befriend, or sexually solicit a minor.
Sextortion — threatening to share sexual content of a minor in order to extort money, items, or further content.
Trafficking a minor, or offering, requesting, or advertising a minor for any purpose.
Sharing links, contact details, or instructions that lead to any of the above, on JustSwap or anywhere else.

JustSwap is a service for adults

JustSwap is an 18+ service. It is not designed for, marketed to, or directed at children, and it has no features intended for a child audience.

You must be 18 or older to create an account and use the marketplace. Where we have reason to believe an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove the account and delete its content.

How to report child sexual abuse or exploitation

Report it the moment you see it. You don't need to be certain, and you will never be penalised for reporting in good faith.

In the app, use the report button on the listing, the profile, the message, or the conversation. On the web, use the report button on the listing or the profile. Reports go straight to our moderation team and stay confidential.
Or email support@justswap.me with 'Child safety' in the subject line, along with a link to the listing, profile, or conversation.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or child-protection authority first — then tell us, so we can preserve the evidence.

How we respond

Every report involving a child is treated as our highest priority and moves to the front of the moderation queue.

We review it within 24 hours of receiving it — a report involving a child is never left waiting behind other queues.
We remove the content immediately and take down any listings connected to it.
We permanently ban the account and the person behind it. There is no warning, no way back, and no replacement account.
We take down the rest of that account's content wherever it puts a child at risk.

Evidence and reporting to the authorities

When we find CSAE content, or receive a credible report of it, we preserve the content, the account details, and the related records so that investigators can use them, and so they cannot be destroyed.

We report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities in the countries where we operate and to the relevant national reporting body, and we cooperate fully with lawful requests from law enforcement.

This evidence is retained even if the account is later deleted, so an investigation can still be completed — which is exactly why our account-deletion policy keeps safety reports.

We maintain a designated point of contact for child-safety matters, including requests from law enforcement, child-protection agencies, and app stores.
