1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using JustSwap, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the platform.

2. Who can use JustSwap

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country and able to comply with these terms. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

3. A barter marketplace — no payments

JustSwap is a listing and communication platform for direct item exchange. It is not a buying, selling, payment, delivery, escrow, or ownership-transfer service.

No money should change hands through JustSwap. Requests for payments, deposits, or fees are a red flag and should be reported.

4. Your listings and content

You're responsible for making sure your listings are accurate, lawful, and cover items you actually have the right to exchange. You keep ownership of your content and grant JustSwap a license to host and display it so the marketplace can function.

5. Acceptable use

When using JustSwap, you agree not to:

• List illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, or otherwise prohibited items — including weapons, drugs, and regulated goods.
• Harass, threaten, deceive, or spam other users.
• Post misleading listings or impersonate another person or business.
• Solicit payments, or try to move a deal off-platform in order to defraud someone.
• Disrupt, scrape, or attempt to breach the security of the service.

6. Swaps and handovers

Any exchange is a private agreement between users. You are responsible for inspecting items, agreeing terms, meeting safely, and completing the handover yourselves. JustSwap is not a party to these agreements and does not guarantee any outcome.

7. Reports, suspension & termination

We may review reported content and, where our rules are broken, hide listings or warn, suspend, or ban accounts. You can stop using JustSwap at any time and ask us to close your account.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided 'as is', and JustSwap's liability is limited as described in our Disclaimer. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or for the outcome of any swap.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the date above when we do. Continuing to use JustSwap after a change means you accept the updated terms.
